You can successfully lose weight, and gain fitness and health through exercise as well as diet, but unfortunately many people gain that weight back and more, therefore you need to look at how you approach fitness health and exercise
Dieting
Constantly losing and gaining weight happens to many people and that isn’t healthy, that is why you should learn what fitness health and exercise program you need to do to maintain a healthy body as well as what foods are best for you.
Many trainers will tell you the best way to control your weight is through diet, to eat five or six healthy meals a day, rather than the traditional three larger meals a day.
This may sound good in theory and may keep you from overeating, as well as supplying you with the energy you need to keep going all day, but for most busy people especially when working that is not often possible.
Calories
It’s important to consume enough calories so your body can function properly but you will need to pay attention to how much you are eating versus the amount of calories that you are burning. In other words, if you are very active you may need to consume more than someone who is less active. To burn calories you need to make sure your fitness health, and exercise follow some sort of plan.
That Bloated Feeling
If you feel bloated after a meal, perhaps it is because you are eating too much for your metabolism. However, if you take that same meal and divide it in half, you could still satisfy your hunger without overeating. Maybe if you eat only half of a sandwich at lunch and save the other half for a snack later in the day, this will not only prevent that bloated feeling, but may help you stop snacking on fatty or sugary foods when you get hungry in the afternoon.
Why You Get Hungry Again
The reason you feel hungry couple of hours after a meal, it is your blood sugar levels begin to drop, this triggers your hunger and you will begin to crave something sweet to give you energy.
If instead, you have a snack already available, you can eat something healthy and bring your sugar levels up safely without it being high sugar, or salt.
The best way to maintain your weight is to choose healthy foods, low in saturated fat, salt, and sugar, fruit or vegetables are generally the best.
If you try to change every thing at once you are more likely to fail, it can be too much of a change, so when you decide that fitness health and exercise is what, you want, make goals for yourself that way you are more likely to succeed.

Hi Rita,
Some great ideas here for fitness, health and exercise. I particularly like your suggestion to maybe only eat half a sandwich for lunch and leave the other half for later in the afternoon when you start to feel a bit peckish. That bloated feeling is horrible and can be brought on by what you eat, as well as the amount you eat. Maybe another post on some of the foods that cause bloating?
I do feel sorry for people who’s weight is up and down all the time. They seem to be on never-ending diets of some sort and go from one extreme to another – fasting or feasting.

Enjoyed reading your informative post. I find planning ahead makes a big difference, always having “acceptable” food available and eliminating those foods with high sugar content. I find it’s always harder when travelling, as most “quick/take away” foods are high in calories.
